 nice projects have been transforming archival records into structured\, op
 en datasets—unlocking new ways to study the long history of Venice throu
 gh digital tools.\n\nVenice Data Week 2025 invites master’s students\, P
 hD candidates\, postdoctoral researchers\, and professionals in the humani
 ties\, digital humanities\, and computer sciences to take part in a three-
 day\, hands-on workshop dedicated to historical data exploration\, interpr
 etation\, and visualization.\n\nParticipants will:\n\n	Work directly with 
 the historical datasets on Venice\n	Engage in collaborative group research
  projects\n	Learn how to process\, analyze\, and visualize complex histori
 cal information using Python and web-based tools\n	Explore new questions i
 n urban\, social\, and economic history from the year 1000 to the 19th cen
 tury\n\nFinal presentations will showcase the most innovative projects\, w
 ith a plan for selected work to be published in a dedicated format.\nLunch
 es will be provided\, and a limited number of travel scholarships (300 CHF
 ) are available to support participation.\n\nCertificates and credits are
