DESCRIPTION:Prof. Ulrich Kuhl\, Institut de Physique\, Université Côte d
 'Azur\, Nice\, France\nAbstract\nInformation is created when a system is c
hanged. This information can be detected by waves\, in our case by electro
magnetic waves\, created and measured far from the creation point. I will
shortly introduce Fisher information and the generalized Wigner Smith oper
ator and then show how the information transport can be visualized using t
he Fisher information flow\, similar to the Poynting vector showing the en
ergy flow. The main focus of the talk will be on the experimental realizat
ion in a microwave waveguide supporting 4 transporting modes.\n\nShort Bio
 graphy\n\n	1998: Thesis at Philipps-University of Marburg\, Germany\n	2 y
ears at Omicron Vacuum Physics at Manchester\, UK\n	2008: Habilitation at
Philipps-University of Marburg\, Germany\n	since 2010 Prof at the universi
ty of Côte d'Azur\n\n\nResearch interests:\nQuantum/Wave Chaos\, Waves in
complex systems\, Anderson localization\, correlated disorder\, theory an
d experiments in the framework of random matrix and the effective Hamilton
 ian\, Quantum graphs/microwave networks\, tight binding experiments\, topo
 logical systems\, non-linear scattering.\n
