 lent interactions play a crucial in all manner of chemical and biological 
 processes. In recent times\, the incorporation of non-covalent interaction
 s into the design of small molecule catalysts has revolutionised the field
  of enantioselective catalysis. Our research is centred around applying ca
 talyst designs incorporating non-covalent interactions to tackle selectivi
 ty challenges in synthetic chemistry\, concerning both positional selectiv
 ity and enantioselectivity. This talk will discuss recent research areas i
 n asymmetric catalysis in our group\, using transition metals as well as r
 eactive radical intermediates.\n\n\n\n
