 he house is a case study on how design effort can turn sufficiency into a 
 desirable form for living.\n\nBio\nNemanja Zimonjić  is an architect bas
 ed in Zurich and Belgrade. He is the co-founder of TEN\, a design practice
  developing cultural and collaborative and experimental projects in the fi
 eld of architecture.TEN is an architecture\, design and research associati
 on working on the principle that value is an outcome of design effort. Its
  engagement on public themes of interest and open research on the built en
 vironment is shaped by its common statute. TEN is composed as a record lab
 el\, providing new formats for interdependent work groups with emphasis on
  value created by design. It aims to conceive\, explore and produce ideas 
 that both state and expand upon emerging practices in the built environmen
 t. Its focus lies on producing new realities by means of building prototyp
 es\, social entities\, urban propositions\, strategic studies\, and materi
 als research with a range of collaborators\, colleagues\, institutional pa
