DESCRIPTION:Titus Cieslewski\nPolyProg is starting a series of beginner se
 minars with the goal of gaining new programmers who are interested in alg
 orithms and competition programming. After having organized the selection
  contest for SWERC and the seminars to prepare for SWERC\, we would like 
 to bring our association a little closer to those among you\, who would li
 ke to start learning about these things.\n\nAlso our national programming
  contest HC2 is coming up next March\, so this would be a good opportunit
 y to prepare for a first participation\, possibly in order to gain experie
 nce for future events like this.\n\nThe first of these seminars will be h
 eld on Thursday\, the 6th of December in BC07 from 18:15 until 20:00 and 
 it will be about some handy features of C++\, like sorting\, how to imple
 ment binary search and other STL tricks.\n\nIn case you are already more a
 dvanced than that\,  we will provide some exercises\, so you can compete
  against other programmers and see where you are standing. The seminars a
 re a great platform to meet people with similar interests and to discuss 
 problems together.\n\nIf any of this sounds appealing to you\, don’t hes
