DESCRIPTION:Call currently closed\nAim\nThe Marie Skłodovska-Curie Doctor
 al Networks (MSCA-DN) implement doctoral programs for training in research
  and transferable skills by partnerships of universities\, research instit
 utions and research infrastructures\, businesses including SMEs\, and othe
 r socio-economic actors from different countries across Europe and beyond.
  Doctoral candidates are exposed to the academic and non-academic sector t
 o develop competences for innovation and to enhance employability.\n\nTher
 e are 3 sub-schemes for the MSCA-DNs:\n\n	Standard → PhD students must b
 e enrolled for doctoral studies\, the doctoral program includes secondment
 s to project partners.\n	Industrial → PhD students must be enrolled for 
 doctoral studies\; they must spend 50% of their time in the non-academic s
 ector.\n	Joint Doctorates → PhD students must be enrolled for doctoral s
 tudies which lead to a “joint doctoral degree”. EPFL can only particip
 ate if the following institutions (other than EPFL) participate in the pro
 ject: ENS Lyon\, UCLouvain and ETHZ.\n\nDuration and Funding\nThe consorti
 um applies for a project with a duration of 4 years. The financial contrib
 ution covers the participation of doctoral candidates for the duration of 
 3 years and research\, training and networking costs covering the whole pr
 oject duration. Doctoral candidates (DCs) may not have lived or worked in 
 the country of the host organization for more than 12 months within the la
 st 3 years prior to the employment of the DC on the project.\n\nCall infor
