 bility:\nThe digital transformation of companies has highlighted a growing
  gap between the skills in demand and the skills available. To tackle this
  challenge and support your professional development\, this module will al
 low you to evaluate your employability and your ability to remain competit
 ive in the job market\, sustain a position\, and grow throughout your prof
 essional life.\n\nDay 2 - Define my professional objectives:\nHaving a wel
 l-defined professional objective will allow you to be proactive and clear 
 on what you want to achieve now or in the next few years. How can you star
 t such a project? Your professional objective must take into consideration
  personal elements (your motivation\, your aspirations\, your skills and a
 bilities) and contextual elements (the possibilities offered by EPFL\, the
  job market and its constraints) and will allow you to answer these questi
 ons: What do I want to do? What does the institution/position expect of me
 ?
