DESCRIPTION:Tomohiro Tachi\; Thomas Hull\; Amanda Ghassaei\; Yves Klett\;
 Rupert Maleczek\; Seri Nishimoto\; Erik Demaine\nIn recent years\, origami
 -inspired structures have found a wide range of applications\, from deploy
 able solar arrays for space exploration to architectural systems and medic
 al devices\, each benefiting from the functional advantages of folding. At
  the same time\, these structures offer rich opportunities for theoretical
  investigation\, spanning fields from computational complexity theory to d
 ifferential geometry.\n\nWith the generous support of the Bernoulli Center
 \, the Geometric Computing Laboratory is hosting this year’s edition of
 the Structural Origami Gathering (SOG)\, a collaborative workshop that bri
 ngs together researchers from diverse disciplines\, including mathematics\
 , computer science\, engineering\, architecture\, and art. As part of the
 workshop\, we will host a series of public lectures\, followed by an exhib
 ition of models.\n\n15:00: Opening\n15:15: Origami Bridging Art\, Scienc
