 ng this afternoon\, you will work on hands-on exercises in Fiji for everyd
 ay tasks such as building your own macros\, opening large datasets and ima
 ge display tricks. More advanced topics\, such as how to perform curve fit
 ting\, plotting line profiles\, reslicing your data and batch processing\,
  are also included. \n \nPlease feel free to suggest extra topics when y
 ou register. Depending on the replies\, this will tailor the end of the da
 y with some practicals ( for example : Colocalization\, Tracking with Trac
 kmate or cell detection with StarDist or Cellpose in Fiji ... )\nWhile the
  course is of general use\, the examples and applications are primarily re
 levant for those using light microscopy techniques.\n\n	There are 16 slots
  available\, and participants will be selected on a first-come\, first-ser
 ved basis. \n	The session is open to everyone from EPFL\; the registratio
 n fee is waived.\n	Unjustified/late cancellations (less than three working
  days before the course date) and no-shows will be charged a fee of CHF 25
