 ill work on hands-on exercises in Fiji for everyday tasks such as building
  your own macros\, opening large datasets and image display tricks. More a
 dvanced topics\, such as how to perform curve fitting\, plotting line prof
 iles\, reslicing your data and batch processing\, are also included. \n 
 \nPlease feel free to suggest extra topics when you register. Depending on
  the replies\, this will tailor the end of the day with some practicals ( 
 for example : Colocalization\, Tracking with Trackmate or cell detection w
 ith StarDist or Cellpose in Fiji ... )\nWhile the course is of general use
 \, the examples and applications are primarily relevant for those using li
 ght microscopy techniques.\n\n	There are 16 slots available\, and particip
 ants will be selected on a first-come\, first-served basis. \n	The sessio
 n is open to everyone from EPFL\; the registration fee is waived.\n	Unjust
 ified/late cancellations (less than three working days before the course d
 ate) and no-shows will be charged a fee of CHF 250.\n\n \nWe look forward
