DESCRIPTION:Aim: The Autism & Neuroscience division at the Simons Foundati
 on is accepting applications for funding of conferences and courses. This 
 year\, conferences and courses that align with the scientific missions of 
 any of the following programs will be prioritized: Simons Foundation Autis
 m Research Initiative (SFARI)\, with a mission to advance the basic scienc
 e of autism and related neurodevelopmental disorders\, Simons Collaboratio
 n on Plasticity and the Aging Brain (SCPAB)\, with a focus on healthy cogn
 itive aging\, Simons Collaboration on Ecological Neuroscience (SCENE)\, wi
 th a focus on understanding how interacting with the world shapes represen
 tations in the brain and mind\, and the Simons Collaboration on the Global
  Brain (SCGB)\, with a focus on the fields of systems and computational ne
 uroscience.\n\nDuration:      3 years\, max\n\nFunding:       $25
 K / year\, max\n\nEligibility: Applications may be submitted by course or 
 conference organizers who are employed by nonprofit organizations\; public
  and private institutions\, such as colleges\, universities\, hospitals\, 
 laboratories and units of state and local government\; and eligible agenci
 es of the federal government. There are no citizenship requirements.\n\nTo
  be eligible for funding through the 2026 RFA for the Conferences and Cour
 ses Award\, at least one instance of the course or conference must occur b
 etween September 1\, 2026 and August 31\, 2027.\n\nHow to Apply: Prospecti
 ve applicants must first submit a letter of intent (LOI). LOIs must be com
 pleted electronically and submitted through Simons Award Manager (SAM) and
  should contain a proposal narrative (1-2 pages) and budget. Notifications
  for full proposal requests will be made in late June.\n\nDeadline:
