DESCRIPTION:The EPFL AI Center invites EPFL researchers to a Final Sprint 
 session ahead of the NeurIPS submission deadline. Open\, drop-in format\,
  participants can come and go freely.\n\nWith the abstract and full paper 
 deadlines only 2 days apart\, this session is designed to provide a shared
  working space for the final stretch\, bringing together researchers acros
 s labs during these intense last days.\n\nThe goal is to create a focused\
 , collaborative environment where people can work side by side and maintai
 n momentum.\n\nWhat to expect:\n\n	A shared workspace to focus and write d
 uring the final sprint\n	Whiteboards available for brainstorming and last-
 minute iterations\n	Use the space as a central hub to meet\, sync with col
 laborators\, or work alongside others\n	Informal community dinner (pizza) 
 on May 5 - light setup\, participants are encouraged to bring their own f
 ood\n\nThe lounge will also remain accessible into the evening\, offering 
 a more relaxed setting for those who wish to continue working during the f
 inal stretch.\nParticipants are free to come and go throughout the day\, d
