DESCRIPTION:The EPFL Photonics Chapter is happy to invite you for a summer
  hike in the beautiful region of Leysin!\nThe hike is planned to take plac
 e on Sunday June 14th 2026.\nWe hope to give you a chance to meet and ch
 at with your Photonics colleagues working across many different department
 s.\nFor organizational purposes\, please register for the event using th
 is form before June 11h\, 2026.\n\nThe travel costs starting from EPFL wi
 ll be fully covered by the chapter\, for those who have registered.\nNote 
 that if you register but eventually do not come*\, we might ask you to rei
 mburse the train ticket.\n*Unless you cancel before June 11h at 23:59\, by
  sending us an email.\n\nThe planned route will take us around the peak of
  Le Riondaz\, offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.\nThe 
 hike is of moderate difficulty\, with a few steeper sections along the way
 . However\, the goal is for everyone to enjoy the day together\, so we wil
 l keep a comfortable pace and make sure no one is left behind.\nFurther de
