DESCRIPTION:Aim: Through the Congressionally Directed Medical Research Pro
 gram (CDMRP)\, the Department of Defense is announcing the 2026 Pancreatic
  Cancer Research Program (PCARP) Awards. Several award programs are availa
 ble:\n\n	The Focused Pilot Award supports the exploration and development 
 of impactful and innovative concepts under a patient centered focus area t
 hat could ultimately lead to major advancements that will have a profound 
 effect on patients’ overall quality of life. Applications must address t
 he following FY26 PCARP focus area: supportive care\, quality of life and 
 survivorship research\n	The Idea Development Award Supports the developmen
 t of innovative\, high-risk/high-reward research that could lead to critic
 al discoveries or major advancements that will accelerate progress in impr
 oving outcomes for individuals with pancreatic cancer. Applications should
  address one of the 2026 Focus Areas listed in the award details.\n	The Tr
 anslational Research Partnership Award Supports partnerships between clini
 cians\, population scientists\, applied scientists and/or basic scientists
  that accelerate the movement of promising ideas in pancreatic cancer towa
 rd clinical applications. Applications should address one of the 2026 Focu
 s Areas listed in the award details.\n\n\nFunding:             
      \nFocused Pilot Award: max. $300K\nIdea Development Award: $700K
 -$950K\nTranslational Research Partnership Award: max. $1.1M\nNote: Cost c
 aps are total costs (direct plus indirect costs). In accordance with EPF
 L guidelines\, budgets should include a 20% overhead\, and the total budge
 t must remain within the grant’s maximum allowable funding\n\nDuration:

 nEligibility: Applicants from international organizations or institutions 
 are eligible to apply\, and there are no citizenship restrictions. Indepen
 dent investigators at all career levels are eligible.\n\nHow to Apply: Pre
 -applications are submitted through the eBRAP platform. They should contai
 n contact information\, a letter of intent\, and a list of collaborators a
 nd key personnel as suggested on the platform. Full applications will be m
