DESCRIPTION:Aim: Through the Congressionally Directed Medical Research Pro
gram (CDMRP)\, the Department of Defense is announcing the 2026 Traumatic

ard programs are available:\n\n	The Clinical Trial Award supports the rapi
d execution of clinical trials with the potential to have a significant im
pact on the treatment or management of psychological health conditions and
/or traumatic brain injuries. Proposed research may range from proof-of-co
ncept trials that establish feasibility to larger scale and advanced trial
s that evaluate effectiveness.\n	The Health Services Research Award suppor
ts high-impact research that bridges the gap between research\, practice\,
and policy by building real-world evidence on how interventions\, clinica
l practices/guidelines\, or policies can by deployed to targeted populatio
ns at the appropriate time.\n	The Translational Research Award supports re
search that accelerates the conversion of scientific findings in psycholog
ical health and/or TBI into impactful clinical applications. Prioritizes i
nnovative approaches over purely iterative or incremental research. Resear
ch outcomes must clearly lead to the development of transformative health
care products\, technologies\, or clinical practice guidelines. Additional
