DESCRIPTION:Marc Riembau\nDark matter might be a weakly interacting partic
le near the electroweak scale. While most candidates are now excluded\, a
fermionic electroweak doublet with a thermal mass of around 1.1 TeV is the
last of the simplest candidates standing. I will discuss how within a few
years upcoming experiments can sharpen a mild but intriguing hint in the
Fermi data\, why the higgsino remains elusive to the LHC\, and what opport
unities the new trigger system can offer. \n
