 t University)\, invites participants to explore how emotions shape transfo
 rmation in the context of sustainable change.\n\nBy trying on different pa
 irs of physical glasses that embody metaphorical lenses\, participants wil
 l experience how different emotional frameworks and fields –from positiv
 e psychology\, emotional political ecology\, feminist theory or sociology
 —can shed a new light on the interplay between feeling\, meaning and tra
 nsformation.\n\nThis workshop\, which is part of the research project “F
 eeling Futures” funded by the Center of Unusual Collaborations\, enables
  participants to explore their own and others’ emotions\, not as somethi
 ng to manage or transcend\, but as the very medium through which pasts and
  futures are felt\, known\, resisted\, and made.\n\nIt offers conceptual g
 rounding and practical techniques for those seeking to understand and faci
 litate transformation within themselves\, their communities\, their organi
 zations\, or broader political and ecological systems.\n\nThis method has 
 a broad application area across education\, research\, and practice. In hi
 gher education\, it supports learning by helping students and educators re
 cognize how emotions shape engagement with sustainability and social justi
 ce. For researchers and academics\, it offers reflective tools to examine 
 their own emotional investments in knowledge production\, desired futures\
