CATEGORIES:Call for proposal
DESCRIPTION:Aim: This Grand Challenge seeks transformative innovations tha
t reduce the cost and complexity of pathogen sequencing for routine public
-health use in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). Proposed workflow
s should use existing sequencing platforms\, provide a credible pathway to
ward a total sample-to-sequence cost of approximately USD 1-10 per sample\
, and simplify laboratory procedures while maintaining data quality and pu
 blic-health utility. \n\nFunding & Duration: Tier 1\, up to $300K over 24
  m\; Tier 2\, up to $600K over 24 m\; Tier 3\, up to $800K over 36 m \n
