DESCRIPTION:The Booster Fonds supports innovative research into neurodegen
 erative diseases beyond the scope of the Synapsis Foundation’s Principal
  Investigator Grants and Career Development Awards.\n\nEligibility Criteri
 a\n\n	Senior researchers or faculty members at a Swiss university\, univer
 sity hospital or university of applied sciences\n	Start-up companies are n
 ot eligible for funding\n	Start-ups or industry partners may participate a
 s co-applicants but will not receive funding from the Foundation\n\nTopics
 :\n\n\n	Basic or clinical research on neurodegenerative diseases\n	Technol
 ogy development\, proof-of-principle studies and novel digital approaches\
 n	High-risk and out-of-the-box proposals encouraged\n	Dementia-focused pro
 jects prioritised\n\nApplication\n\n\n	Two-step procedure\n	Letter of inte
 nt deadline - 31 December 2026\n	Preselected applicants will be invited to
