 f designers for an intensive two-day sprint. The goal: to challenge a prod
 uct’s value proposition and explore what makes it stand out: who it’s 
 for\, what need it addresses\, and why someone would choose it over anothe
 r.\n \nThe award ceremony will be an opportunity to discover concrete exa
 mples of design-driven innovation: how to rethink an offering and give it 
 a new dimension through exploration and rapid experimentation. \n\nTo bui
 ld on this discussion\, Hervé Rigal\, founder and CEO of Base Design\, wi
 ll share his perspective on the role and impact of design from the earlies
 t stages of an entrepreneurial journey.\n\nThe evening will take place in 
 Renens\, partner city and co-organiser of the Innovation by Design Challen
 ge since its launch in 2017. Also a place where ECAL\, EPFL and a thriving
