DESCRIPTION:Bernard PAULE\nBernard PAULE is architect\, graduated from the
  Ecole d'Architecture de Lyon. He is a specialist in natural light control
  and use within buildings. He is responsible of lighting and transport at 
 ESTIA. He thus coordinates the development of the DIAL-Europe software and
  of the Estia-VIA method. Bernard PAULE is also lecturer at EPFL (ENAC - S
 AR - LCC1). He regularly gives lectures at the architecture schools of Gen
 eva\, Lyon\, Marseille\, Montpellier and Saint-Etienne. He achieved a PhD 
 thesis in 1999 within the Architecture Department of EPFL\, entitled: "App
 lication of fuzzy logic to decision making in natural lighting".
