 ll take place on June 16th\, at 12:15.   The goal of this lunch is to disc
 uss together about the subjects of your interest and to see what we can do
  that might help you. One purpose of this meeting is to create an informal
  network of female PhD students in order to discuss the eventual problems 
 and find out the possible solutions and also to help each other.  Furtherm
 ore\, the Fix the Leaky Pipeline program\, which supports female researche
 rs in their academic career by offering coaching groups\, among others\, w
 ill be briefly presented. Prof. Marcel Goldschmid will tell you more about
  the importance of coaching when making the choice of an academic career.
