, Italy\nWe are interested in the cellular and molecular mechanisms dictat
ing protective immunity against malignant tumors. We have adopted the Tran
sgenic Adenocarcinoma of the Mouse Prostate cancer (TRAMP) model\, which c
losely recapitulate prostate cancer occurrence and progression in humans\,
to design\, test and validate innovative immunotherapeutic strategies sui
table of clinical translation. Results describing the therapeutic efficacy
obtained by combining tumor and alloreactive T cells in the contest of he
matopoietic cell allotransplantation and of adoptive T cell therapy with a
utologous TCR gene engineered T cells will be discussed.
