DESCRIPTION: Philip Boalch (ENS Paris)\nI'll describe some of the moduli
spaces appearing in the\nnonabelian Hodge theory of a (not necessarily com
pact) smooth algebraic curve\, the way in which some of them are related t
o quiver varieties (both the traditional additive/Nakajima flavour and the
new coloured/multiplicative flavour)\, and some of the generalisations of
the Deligne-Simpson problem that arise in this context.
