DESCRIPTION:Would you like to travel and participate to an international c
 onference? Now you have a great opportunity!The deadline for the submissio
 n to IEEE Student Branch at EPFL for the local selection has been shifted 
 to Sunday November 10\, 2013\, 23H00!\nIf you are a master student and yo
 u did a good job during your semester or master project\, you can write an
  article about it and present it to the IEEE Student Paper Contest. The fi
 nalist selected by the IEEE Student Branch at EPFL will participate in the
  IEEE Region 8 (Europe\, Africa and Middle East) Student Paper Contest.\nA
 n international jury will then grade the written papers sent by Student Br
 anches to the regional contest and will decide which papers will be accept
 ed for presentation at the regional oral finals. The Regional Oral Finals 
 for authors of the best five R8 SPC papers will be organized at IEEE R8 ME
 LECON 2014 Conference\, 13-16 April 2014\, Beirut\, Lebanon (http://meleco
 n2014.org). In addition\, finalist papers will be published in MELECON 201
 4 conference proceedings and included in IEEE Xplore Database. The winner 
 will additionally receive a cash award.For the editing of the paper\, we a
 re strongly advising you to use the IEEE templates that you can find here.
 NB!! Please pay attention to the paragraphs 10 to 14 of  "SPC Rules" (cha
 racter of the paper and document layout)\, that you find at this link.NB!!
