 man-Kac formula is a representation of a solution of  an evolutionary equ
 ation\, or of a related object\, by an integral over a collection of funct
 ions of the real variable taking values in a proper space. The Feynman for
 mulas  are representations of the same objects by limits of integrals ove
 r finite Cartesian products of the same space. Actually the integrals in t
 he Feynman formula are finite dimensional approximations of infinite dimen
 sional integrals from the Feynman-Kac formula.\nIn the talk one plans to d
 iscuss such formulas describing quantum evolution and diffusion in domains
  of Riemannian manifolds and also some similar formulas for quasiparticles
  with position dependent mass.
