DESCRIPTION:The COST Action TU0905 organizes an Early Stage Researcher (ES
 R) Workshop & Networking Event from 3 to 5 February 2014 at the Ecole Poly
 technique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) in Switzerland.\nThe event aims to
  enhance the knowledge of Early Stage Researchers (ESRs) on the numerical 
 modelling of glass components and to create a strong ESR network. The even
 t includes a workshop on numerical modelling with hands-on exercises\, a s
 cientific visit to CERN in Geneva and an excursion to a glass processing c
 ompany.\nFor the workshop there are 25 places available\, which will be at
 tributed after a selection procedure based on CV\, publication-list and pa
 rticipation in the COST Action TU0905 Final Conference. Furthermore\, 15 G
 rants of Euro 400\,- and 10 Grants of Euro 150\,- will be provided by the 
 COST Action TU0905 to successful applicants. The registration fee for the 
 workshop amounts to 165 CHF (≈135 Euro) for PhD students and 615 CHF (
 ≈500 Euro) for other participants.\nTo apply for the workshop please fil

 1st 2013. Applicants will be informed about the result of the selection pr
