DESCRIPTION:For the first time\, LS2 will organize a “Women in Science C
 areer lunch” during its 2014 annual meeting.\nThis event is aimed primar
 ily at women pursuing a PhD degree\, postdoctoral training or in their fir
 st junior independent group leader position\, but is also open to men inte
 rested in family-career conciliation issues and gender bias. The major aim
  is to provide career support and advice to women\, who are currently stil
 l largely under-represented in academia.\nIt will consist of a series of r
 ound table discussions\, each moderated by at least one mentor\, including
 :\n-Susan Gasser (FMI)\n-Monica Gotta (UNIGE)\n-Nouria Hernandez (UNIL)\n-
 Suliana Manley (EPFL)\n-Sophie Martin (UNIL)\n-Dominique Soldati-Favre (UN

 4. The best three\, judged by a panel from the Women in Science session\, 
 will receivemonetary prizes of CHF 150. Selected entries will be published
