 ow participants interchanging (Peer-Mentoring) and improving personal netw
 orking\n	\n		 To make participants aware of possible alternatives to acad
 emic careers\n	\n		To support them in decision reframing\, in creativity p
 rocesses\, in getting over past conflicts\, help them reflecting their own
  situation\n	\n		To support them in applying for new jobs (how to improve

 rogram offers young female scientists (PhD students\, PhDs and others) the
  opportunity to reflect on their professional situations\, develop a strat
 egy for embarking or continuing on their career paths\, receive targeted f
 urther training\, and extend their personal and scientific networks. The a
 im\, actively supported by all institutions of the ETH Domain\, is to supp
 ort women in their scientific careers and in the process to fix the 'leaky
  pipeline' of women in science.
