 ore\, see program on Symposium's web-site\nREGISTRATION IS MANDATORY.\n\nS
tress has a major impact on brain function and behavior and is a key risk
factor for psychopathology. Recent findings underscore cognition and socia
l behavior as particularly susceptible to stress. A key question is to und
erstand how these processes can affect vulnerability to psychopathology an
d which mechanisms mediate the long-term consequences of stress on behavio
r.\nThe goal of this Symposium is to address these questions by bringing t
ogether leading scientists working\, from different angles and approaches\
, on Stress\, the Social Brain and Psychopathology. Work in both humans an
d animal models will be presented\, and emphasis will be placed on discuss
 ions and interactions.
