DESCRIPTION:Guillermo Mantilla Soler (EPFL)\nInspired by the invariant of 
 a number field given by its zeta function\, I'll define the notion of weak
  arithmetic equivalence\, and show that under certain ramification hypothe
 ses\, this equivalence determines the local root numbers of the number fie
 ld. This is analogous to a result of Rohrlich  on the local root numbers 
 of a rational elliptic curve.  If time permits I'll show how this invaria
 nt relates to other arithmetic invariants of number fields.
