DESCRIPTION:Would you like to travel and participate to an international c
 onference? Now you have a great opportunity!\nThe deadline for the submiss
 ion to IEEE Student Branch at EPFL for the local selection is November 3\,
  2014\, at noon!\nIf you are a master student and you did a good job durin
 g your semester or master project\, you can write an article about it and 
 present it to the IEEE Student Paper Contest. The finalist selected by the
  IEEE Student Branch at EPFL will participate in the IEEE Region 8 (Europe
 \, Africa and Middle East) Student Paper Contest.\nAn international jury w
 ill then grade the written papers sent by Student Branches to the regional
  contest and will decide which papers will be accepted for presentation at
  the regional oral finals. The Regional Oral Finals for authors of the bes
 t five R8 SPC papers will be organized at IEEE R8 EUROCON 2014 Conference\
 , 08-11 September 2014\, Salamanca\, Spain (eurocon2015.usal.es). The winn
 er might additionally receive a cash award (at least this is what happened
  last year).For the editing of the paper\, we are strongly advising you to
  use the IEEE templates that you can find here.NB!!! Please pay attention 
 to the paragraphs 10 to 14 of  "SPC Rules" (character of the paper and do
 cument layout)\, that you find at this link. Although they are relative to
  2013 Contest\, they did not change.NB!!! You can edit the paper in both L
 atex or MS Word\, but please provide us by e-mail the pdf version only.\nW
