 troduce the Cohomological Hall algebra (CoHa) of the m-loop quiver and mod
 ules over it which arise via framed stable objects. We show that these mod
 ules are cyclic and give a presentation.\nWe generalize these results to m
 odules over the semi-stable CoHa of an arbitrary quiver (with trivial pote
 ntial) in part two. If time permits we discuss the Harder-Narasimhan metho
 ds involved in the proof and further applications of these.
