DESCRIPTION:Laure-Emmanuelle PERRET-AEBI\nLaure-Emmanuelle Perret-Aebi obt
 ained her Ph.D. degree in Chemistry at the University of Fribourg (Switzer
 land) in 2004. After 4 years of postdoc at the University of Edinburgh (Sc
 otland) and Neuchâtel (Switzerland)\, she joined in 2009 the PVlab of EPF
 L as a group leader of the PV modules back-end activities. She is now sect
 ion head of the “Modules & Systems Integration” sector at the CSEM PV-
 center in Neuchâtel. Her main research activities are focused on the deve
 lopment of innovative and highly reliable photovoltaic modules and systems
  for various applications such as building\, mobility and land power plant
 s. Her presentation will focus more specifically on the evolution of PV mo
 dules.\nThe axis Integrated Design\, Architecture and Sustainability (IDEA
 S) is a joint initiative of both the Interdisciplinary Laboratory of Perfo
 rmance-Integrated Design (LIPID) and Laboratory of Architecture and Sustai
 nable Technologies (LAST) of the ENAC School at EPFL. It aims to address a
 n increased integration of the various issues related to sustainable archi
 tecture within the framework of the Master Cycle in Architecture\, Civil a
 nd Environmental Engineering\, as well as the Doctoral program Architectur
 e & Science of the city (EDAR).\nA light lunch will be served during the p
