DESCRIPTION:Euresearch \nThe RISE funding scheme fosters staff exchange be
 tween the academic and the non-academic sector and between European and no
 n-European countries. RISE projects are carried out within the framework o
 f a consortium involving 3 or more partners. The RISE funding scheme is bo
 ttom-up\, meaning there are no topics predefined by the European Commissio
 n. Organisations actively involved in research/innovation are invited to p
 ropose joint projects. Support is provided for the development of partners
 hips in the form of joint research and innovation activities between the p
 articipants.\nThe 2015 RISE call for proposals is now open until 28 April
