 ler geometry\, and indeed Finlser geometry is responsible for my personal 
 motivation.\nThe most results are actually Riemannian: as I explain in the
  first part of the talk\, the initial Finsler problem can be reformulated 
 as the following Riemannian problem: describe compact quotients of incompl
 ete locally reducible Riemannian manifolds. This is a classical an well-st
 udied problem\, I will give an overview of known results\, present some ne
 w\, and apply everything in the Finsler geometry.\nThe results are joint w
