DESCRIPTION:This year\, the Foundation "Conquer Paralysis Now" is giving o
 ut 12 grants of at least $50\,000 for research related to Spinal Cord Inju
 ry (SCI) treatments. Part of a larger challenge program\, these grants hav
 e a quick and straight forward application process\, and it particularly e
 agers to hear from research(ers) in the following areas:\n		New Investigat
 ors (recently hired SCI researchers or established researchers who recentl
 y started working on SCI)\n	\n		Collaborative Research (eg: nanotechnology
  and biochemistry)\n	\n		Cross-Over Research from adjacent scientific fiel
 ds that can be applied the field of SCI\n	\n		Translational Research from 
 animal experiments towards human clinical trials)\n	\n		Reaching & Graspin
 g (research to help restore reaching and grasping function for human SCI p
 atients)\n	\n		Out of the Box Ideas (risky\, high potential research ideas
  that could help SCI Patients)\n\nThe application deadline is April 1st 20
