DESCRIPTION:Fonds National Suisse (FNS / SNSF)\nThe Lead Agency process si
 mplifies the evaluation of cross-border applications. In 2015\, Lead Agenc
 y applications with France have to be submitted to the ANR. Lead Agency ap
 plications can be submitted to the ANR by 27 April 2015\, 13:00. It was ma
 ndatory to pre-register the proposal until 18 November 2014 ( It is not po
 ssible to submit a proposal without this pre-registration).\nMore informat
 ion on the call can be found on the ANR website.\nTwo specific forms for t
 he SNSF need to be completed and attached to the application to ANR. More 
 information on the SNSF guidelines.These two documents together with the f
 inal version of the  full proposal need to be registered on line on Grant
 sDB immediately after the deadline. Based on these documents\, we will pre
 pare the “institutional declaration” and send this to the SNSF.
