DESCRIPTION:EUREKA\nKorea and Switzerland are announcing a bilateral call 
 for joint R&D projects focusing on developing innovative and market orient
 ed products and applications.\nThe call is announced within the framework 
 of the Declaration of Intent on Call for Proposal among the Korea Institut
 e for Advancement of Technology KIAT\, the Commission for Technology and I
 nnovation CTI and the State Secretariat for Education\, Research and Innov
 ation SERI. The call is managed in cooperation and in line with the intern
 ational procedures of EUREKA.\nApplicants are expected to develop ready to
  market solutions or projects\, which have a significant market potential 
 for Korea and Switzerland.\nKIAT\, CTI and SERI will provide access to pub
 lic funding for joint projects. They will also provide all necessary and c
 oordinated assistance to project partners during project proposal\, evalua
 tion and monitoring phase.\nThe procedure is divided in two phases:\n1) In
  the first phase\, partners will be asked to present a short project outli
 ne form (see "Joint_CH-KR_Call_Project_Outline.docx" in attachment).\nThe 
 completed  form should be submitted by e-mail simultaneously to all conta
 cts at KIAT\, CTI and SERI (see list of contacts in the Call description)
  between 08 April\, 2015 and 19 June\, 2015. The submission has to be cop
 ied to all partners of the project outline.\nThe outlines will be assessed
  by KIAT\, CTI and SERI together. The applicants will be notified of the r
 esults of the common assessment within one month after the submission of
  a project outline.\n2) In the second phase\, partners with eligible proje
 ct outlines will be invited to submit their full funding applications to 
 KIAT for Korean partners and to CTI or SERI for Swiss partners. The appli
 cations have to be in line with the rules of KIAT\, CTI and SERI.
