 can be submitted at any time but at least 14 days before each evaluation m
 eeting. The exact application deadlines can be found in the following docu
 ment: CTI evaluation meeting 2015.\nThe Swiss Federal Offices (Federal off
 ice for the Energy\, for the Environment\, for the Roads etc.) may publish
  call for proposals. There are also punctual collaborations between the Sw
 iss Federal Offices and the EPFL laboratories to perform studies in specif
