 can be submitted at any time but at least 14 days before each evaluation m
 eeting. The exact application deadlines can be found in the following docu
 ment: CTI evaluation meetings in 2015.\nThe Swiss Federal Offices (Federal
  office for the Energy\, for the Environment\, for the Roads etc.) may pu
 blish call for proposals. There are also punctual collaborations between t
 he Swiss Federal Offices and EPFL laboratories to perform studies in speci
