 can be submitted at any time but at least 14 days before each evaluation m
 eeting. The exact application deadlines can be found in the following docu
 ment: CTI evaluation meeting 2015.\nThe Swiss Federal Offices (Federal off
 ice for the Energy\, for the Environment\, for the Roads etc.) may publis
 h call for proposals. There is also punctual collaborations between the Sw
 iss Federal Offices and the EPFL laboratories to perform studies in specif
