DESCRIPTION:This study investigates the performance of a group when indivi
 duals do not know each other\, the study takes approximately one hour. We 
 will ask you to fill out a questionnaire\, next\, you will participate in 
 a group discussion. \nAnd finally you will fill out a questionnaire on how
  you perceived the other group members. At the end of the meeting you will
  receive 20CHF.  Please send us an email with your availability for April
