 on and much else. Building on the prognosis in the paper\, we will focus o
 n the art of country risk assessment\, and of scenarios.\nGiven the nature
  of the ongoing process of world affairs\, we will argue that that it is a
 rguably more important to accept the inevitable subjectivity of opinions r
 egarding the future\, which remains open ended. So should our thinking\, e
 ven if our judgement and the bet we take closes off futures. Scenarios and
  options go together.
