 rector of iStategyLabs (recently named an AdAge 2014 Small Agency of The Y
 ear).  One of the company’s first employees\, DJ is now responsible for
  ISL’s marketing\, DC operations\, partnerships and business development
  as well as the company’s ongoing R&D and constant experimentation.\nDJ 
 advises companies and early stage ventures on everything from digital to e
 xperiential marketing strategy\, to branding and partnership development. 
 He writes for TheNextWeb\, and teaches at General Assembly. DJ studied Int
 ernational Affairs at George Washington University and Beijing Foreign Stu
 dies University. He is a member of NextGen Angels\, a member of the World 
 Economic Forum’s Young Global Shapers\, co-producer of the DC Tech Meetu
 p\, an Acceleprise mentor\, and serves on the boards of Think Local First 
 DC and Enstitute DC.Mattan Griffel\nMattan Griffel is the Co-Founder & CEO
  of Y Combinator-backed One Month\, the first-ever online school for accel
 erated learning. He was selected as one of Forbes' 30 Under 30 in Educatio
 n in 2015.\nMattan teaches and advises on growth hacking\, online educatio
 n\, and learning to code. He has advised companies like Pepsico\, Bloomber
 g\, GM\, NYSE\, and JPMorgan\, spoken at New York University\, Cooper Unio
 n\, The School of Visual Arts\, Parsons at The New School for Design\, Sin
 gularity University\, The Downtown Project\, First Round Capital and Socia
 l Media Week\, and has been featured in Forbes\, BusinessWeek\, MIT Techno
 logy Review\, Huffington Post\, Mashable and The Next Web.\nMattan studied
  Philosophy and Finance at New York University and wrote his thesis on the
  metaphysics of consciousness.Marc Gruber\nMarc is one of the world's lead
 ing entrepreneurship scholars with over 15 years of experience researching
  and shaping the field. He is a three-time recipient of the "Thought Leade
 r" Award by the Entrepreneurship Division of the Academy of Management\, a
 nd has received numerous other awards for his research and teaching. Marc 
 combines his research expertise with first-hand experience in entrepreneur
 ship as a start-up veteran and frequent consultant to entrepreneurs.\nSinc
 e 2013 Marc has acted as Associate Editor at the Academy of Management Jou
 rnal (AMJ) - the highest ranked empirical research journal in the manageme
 nt domain - where he handles manuscripts on innovation & entrepreneurship.
 \nMarc joined EPFL in the fall of 2005 from the Munich School of Managemen
 t\, where he was Vice-Director of the Institute of Innovation Research\, T
 echnology Management and Entrepreneurship and Managing Director of the uni
 versity's Center for Entrepreneurship.\nMarc received a Ph.D. in managemen
 t from the University of St. Gallen in 2000\, and a venia legendi from the
  Munich School of Management in 2005 for his habilitation thesis on market
 ing in new ventures. He currently holds the Chair of Entrepreneurship and 
 Technology Commercialization (ENTC) at the EPFL College of Management.
