DESCRIPTION:This call will be co-funded by the European Commission and wil
 l specifically cover the two following independent themes:\n\n		Understand
 ing and managing the biodiversity dynamics of soils and sediments to impro
 ve ecosystem functioning and delivery of ecosystem services\n	\n		Understa
 nding and managing biodiversity dynamics in land-\, river- and sea-scapes 
 (habitat connectivity\, green and blue infrastructures\, and naturing citi
 es) to improve ecosystem functioning and delivery of ecosystem services\n\
 nA two-step process will apply\, with a mandatory submission of pre-propos
 als. Pre-proposals and proposals must be submitted electronically on the s
 ubmission portal.\nScientific teams will be invited to form transnational 
 research consortia with teams from a minimum of 3 countries participating 
 in the call.\nEvaluation crieteria include quality\, novelty\, level of in
 ter/multi/trans-disciplinarity and European added value as well as policy 
 relevance/stakeholder engagement.
