DESCRIPTION:Swiss State Secretary for Education\, Research and Innovation 
 (SERI)\nThe Call is open to all topics\, but focuses on the development of
  products and services within the ICT/software\, photonics and manufacturi
 ng industries as well as\nnanotechnologies and health applications.\nThis 
 call is managed by the EUREKA offices at the Swiss State Secretary for Edu
 cation\, Research and Innovation (SERI)\, and the Agency for Science\, Inn
 ovation and Technologies of Lithuania (mita) in accordance with the EUREKA
  initiative\nFor specific information\, please refer to the eligibility cr
 iteria for the call. The submission process consists of two phases:First p

 econd phase:  Partners with approved outlines will be notified to submit 
 their full applications according to national procedures to EUREKA or inte
