 emerging work about the role of Notch signaling in T cell immunity\, inclu
 ding the non-redundant effects of individual Notch receptors and ligands i
 n T cell alloimmunity\; the cellular source(s) of Notch ligands in seconda
 ry lymphoid organs\; and the molecular mechanisms of Notch action in T cel
 ls. Our goal is to provide fundamental information about Notch signaling i
 n immunobiology and translational insights into the Notch pathway as a the
 rapeutic target in immune-mediated disorders.
