DESCRIPTION:Fonds National Suisse (FNS / SNSF)\nThe SNSF publishes a secon
 d call for proposals for the National Research Programme "Healthy Nutritio
 n and Sustainable Food Production.\nThis second phase will focus on large 
 research projects integrating research along the food chain\, from primary
  production to consumers\, linking sustainability with public health and i
 ntegrating socio-economic and policy aspects.\nAn overall budget of 3.8 mi
 o CHF is available for this phase\, for a maximum of 25 months project dur
 ation.\nThe Steering Committee will select projects in a two-step procedur
 e. First\, letters of intention (LoIs) submitted until 30 October 2015 wil
 l be evaluated. PIs of selected LoIs will be invited to submit full propos
 als by 1st March 2016. Further instructions on the submission of the full 
 proposals will be communicated in due time.
