DESCRIPTION:This event is organised by the School of Computer and Communic
 ation Sciences of the EPFL. During this period\, the activities of the Fac
 ulty and it's laboratories are centred on research and a large number of v
 isiting scholars from renowned international institutes are invited.  The 
 purpose is to create an informal but rich environment that is a fertile gr
 ound for the development of new ideas and the consolidation of on-going re
 search.  Each speaker is invited to give a one-hour talk on his research\,
  comprehensible to a general audience.  This year we are pleased to announ
 ce that Nokia will be joining us to hold a two-day Seminar with the themat
 ic focuses of 'Privacy' and 'Data intelligence and contextual modeling'. \
