DESCRIPTION:The purpose of this retreat is to create a relaxed space outsi
 de the workplace to foster and strengthen a sense of community among the E
 PFL postdocs\, providing an opportunity for spontaneous and deliberate col
 laborations and/or simply tightening bonds with our peers. This event is o
 fficially part of the SV postdoc activities and fully supported by our Dea
 n Dr Gisou van der Goot. Therefore\, it should be taken as “conference
 ”\, and not declared as holidays.\nThe retreat will start on Friday Octo
 ber 23rd and close at around noon on the 24th. The program includes a spee
 d collaborating get-together\, and allocates ample time for social activit
 ies\, ranging from a delicious fondue to an exciting intro do Bobsleigh! I
 n the last day we’ll have a hike\, where friends and family are welcome 
 to join the participants for the rest of the retreat.\nThe conference will
  be held at the beautiful EPFL/UNIL Chalet at Les Diablerets\, which is co
 nveniently located 1:30 hours from Lausanne. A shuttle bus will bring us t
 here\, while the trip back is open.\nIn a nutshell:\nWHEN: Friday-Saturday

  Depart to Lausanne\nThe retreat is open to all postdocs\, with priority g
 iven to members of the association. Reservations are on a first-come\, fir
 st-served basis\, and should be done before September 18th. After the dead
 line\, you’ll receive an email with a Paypal link to pay a fee of 65 CHF
  (subsidized by the SV Postdoc association). Upon payment\, you’ll recei
 ve an email confirming your registration.\nThis fee includes:\n1) The stay
  in the chalet (1 night)\n2) Food (Beverages and snacks at the bus\, welco
 me apero\, 1 lunch\, 1 dinner\, and 1 breakfast)\n3) The bus ride from Lau
 sanne to Les Diablerets and from the Chalet to Centre Sportif (please note
